The Kiwanis Club of Northwest Indianapolis was founded in 1977 and has provided community services to the youth of Pike Township and surrounding areas. Our service efforts focus on Pike and Zionsville High School Key Clubs, Special Olympics, College Park Elementary School, Riley Children's Hospital, the Fay Biccard Glick Neighborhood Center at Crooked Creek,
Crooked Creek Community Council (C4), the Salvation Army, Pike Township Residents Association (PTRA.NET), Teachers Treasures, youth scholarships, and other services. Additionally we support programs of the Indiana District and Kiwanis International. The most current of those programs is the ELIMINATE PROJECT In the Eliminate Project, Kiwanis International and UNICEF have joined forces to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus in developing countries around the world. Our clubs members represent a socially responsible group of business leaders, retirees, educators, and self-employed individuals from both the public and private sectors of our community. We are engaged in serving our community, and along the way, building business and personal relationships.
